Payment Methods
- The website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and /or service(s) online and to settle payment online or in-store based on shipping, delivery method available in Saudi Arabia.
- Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.
- We accept the following modes of payment:
- Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wire Transfer.
- For online payment transactions, customers will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized.
- We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason.
- You should check your bank credit card supplier for that.
- Credit card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be truthful, valid, and accurate and you shall use the credit card which is lawfully owned by you.
- The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order.

- If we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly.
- A full or portion refund will be given -through credit card where you have already been charged for.

Shipping and Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery you must provide us with a clear delivery address.
- The delivery address must contain building, villa or flat number, street name, town, city, postal code, and must contain valid telephone/ Mobile number and full contact name(s) according to the form provided.
- Before placing an order, you must check the product description carefully and you agree to be bound by the conditions of sales included in “My shopping cart” and “Product information, stock and pricing” terms.
- Our items are shipped through our courier express partner between 9am up to 3:30pm every day except Friday and Saturday.
- Delivery is normally door-to-door, but there may be some instances where it is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.
- While placing an order with a combination of light and heavy weight items, the products will be delivered to the specified address in different consignments and different timings.
- While approving your order for large product(s) and to enable us to deliver your order successfully, you confirm that the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs, and corners), as well as the proposed location for installation, have the right size to accommodate the selected product(s).
- “MAG” does not have liability if the product(s) is found to be too large to fit to the delivery address access and/or the proposed location for its installation.
- Delivery by Our courier partner team will not complete any installation for the product(s).
- Shipping costs when applicable are calculated based on the selected shipping scheme and the associated weight and/or dimensions of the product(s) per shipment. In the event of a delivery failure, because of your mistake (such as -but not limited to- wrong delivery address, wrong name) any redelivery charges shall be claimed from you.
Return Policy
- A problem in Product/item within 7 Days
- All your purchases are returnable within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you have any issue with your item, contact us directly and state your problem through email or phone. Our team will help you to return or exchange the item or a refund if it meets the “MAG” Return Policy and Conditions. *Return requests won’t be accepted if made outside the specified time frame of 5 days from delivery.
- A problem in product/Item after 5 Days
- If you have an issue with the product, you should directly contact or visit the Service Provider (Ensure Services Authorized Service Center) in KSA, or Manufacturer’s Warranty. All Warranty & contact details are shown in (Specs Box). Surely, our team will help you get further info if needed.
- Received a wrong item.
- In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, we’re sorry for that mistake. Immediately, contact customer service for help. You must return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or alternative item.
- Received a damaged/ ruined package.
- “MAG” team care and spend time to make sure you receive the product in great intact packaging. If you receive a broken or damaged box, please contact our customer service.
- Keep in mind the Return policy conditions are:
- The item must be in the same state you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact.
- Keep the original invoice.
- Misusing the product won’t be returned and you must contact us.
Warranty, Maintenance, and Repair
- Products sold by us are covered as per the product’s manufacturer’s warranty.
- The minimal manufacturer’s warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
- Products warranty length differs between products.
- You must check and read the owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security, and electrical local requirements.
- Unless specified, all electrical products are designed to work on 220-240 Volts.
- If you do not have the appropriate installation to operate at this electrical voltage, we do not recommend you use the product.
- Products damaged due to use with wrong electrical sources and / or supplies will not be accepted under manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
- After receiving the product, if there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to directly contact manufacturer’s authorized service center in Saudi Arabia to get repair for the product.
